When you visit: basic, anonymous visit data such as pages viewed, the site that sent you, your device type and country. Our analytics don't use cookies and don't identify you personally.

When you text, call or email us: what you send us.

To set up your free call, follow up about your request, and answer your questions.

To provide the services you hire us for.

To text you, only if you checked the box. You can reply STOP at any time.

To see which pages help owners and fix the ones that don't.

We do not sell or rent your information.

We use a few trusted providers to run the business: our website host, our CRM, our texting and email providers, and our analytics. They only get what they need to do that job.

Mobile numbers and text opt-in details are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

We may share information if the law requires it.

We keep your details while we're working together or talking about working together, and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete them.

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to your information is limited to the people and providers who need it. No system is perfect, so we keep only what we need.

This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
